Service Delivery Policy

1. Nothing is shipped

ITEMZAP is software you use in a web browser. There is no physical product, so there is no despatch, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address.

2. When you get access

Immediately. A free account is usable the moment you finish signing up. A paid plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds. You do not wait for anything to arrive.

3. If access does not activate

If a payment succeeded but your plan has not changed within 30 minutes, email hello@itemzap.com with the payment reference. We will either activate it or refund it — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Where the service is available

ITEMZAP is delivered over the internet and is available anywhere you can reach it, subject to the Terms of Service. The Service is currently free and paid plans are not yet available. When they launch, prices will be shown in Indian Rupees, and the total payable including any applicable tax will be shown before you order.

5. Getting your data out

Your data is yours. You can export it from Settings → Profile → Export My Data at any time while your account is open, as machine-readable JSON. The export covers your profile, memberships, the assets and warranties you entered, repairs, notifications, your uploaded documents and your audit history — across every workspace you belong to. Export before closing an account — once it is closed you can no longer sign in to retrieve anything. If you want anything the self-service export does not cover, write to privacy@itemzap.com and we will provide it free of charge.
