Model withdrawal form

For consumers in the EU, EEA and the United Kingdom

You do not have to use this form. You can withdraw by any clear statement — an email, a support ticket or a letter in your own words is equally valid. This form exists because we are required to offer it, and because some people prefer a template.

How to send it

Complete and return it to hello@itemzap.com, or by post to KONOFT, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Sending it before your 14-day period ends is enough, even if it reaches us afterwards. We will acknowledge receipt promptly and durably.

What happens next

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you paid with, at no cost to you. If you asked us to start your subscription immediately during the withdrawal period, we keep a proportionate amount for the days you had access and refund the rest.
